  • The applications of the chosen students will be evaluated without charging an application fee. 
  • The application for admission to the applied program for the chosen international students will be evaluated at the Canadian tuition fee rate rather than the international rate. 
  • The Prior Learning Assessment & Recognition (PLAR) fee will be waived if the students have attended post-secondary education but do not have access to official transcripts and course descriptions.

  2. Even after receiving your application, we will email you a document request asking for formal documentation (including official transcripts and proof of English proficiency where applicable). As stated in our email requesting documents, kindly deliver those materials.

  5. You must provide the Admissions Office with any required official paperwork. If these documents are not in English, you will also need to submit an authentic translation. Official documents that may be needed include: 

    1. Ukrainian Atestat, or Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education 
    2. transcripts from any other post-secondary institutions you've enrolled in 

We are aware that providing official documentation may not be possible. The Admissions Office may require you to supply the following if you are unable to produce official paperwork because of real extenuating circumstances: 

unauthorized copies of all of your academic records and paperwork (if they are not in English, you must submit an official translation); 

  1. A copy of the student identification card that your university issued you; 
  2. A passport photocopy; 
  3. A letter completely detailing your circumstance and containing, at the very least: 
  4. Name, address, and Date of Birth; Explanations for Why You Cannot Use Our Regular Admission Procedure; 
  5. Name and dates of the institution/program you attended; names of any academic credentials awarded and the date awarded; titles, grades, course hours (credits), or other information typically found on a transcript; a description of attempts you took to get documents; 
  6. Other information required, especially when a specific academic credential is needed (such as a declaration of professional standing 

  7. to start a career in the nation granting the passport). 
  8. letters of recommendation from any willing third parties, excluding family members, who may attest to your qualifications and/or support your claims.
